I have been working as a lawyer in the will disputes and estate administration area for 20 years. I originally started drafting wills, and quickly realised that there were many people who were upset by the way they had been treated in a will.

The common theme was the failure of a parent or a partner to make proper provision for family members, often without good reason. I found myself able to help protect the rights of these disappointed people.
